Attracting Highly Qualified Teachers

One of the requirements for schools receiving Title One funds is the use of strategies to attract highly qualified teachers to high needs schools.  Prospect Elementary partners with local universities to allow lab students, observers, volunteers and student teachers to work with our students.  These university students often return later after completion of their degrees to become valued professionals in the Bradley County School system.
